Our Programs

Krayons Preschool & Day Care offers a preschool experience for ages 2–5 years old, teaching Play Group, Nursery, LKG, and UKG grades based on the CBSE curriculum. We also provide a day care facility for students for those attending preschool and outside of our school.

Krayons provides admission to following grade students and follows the guidelines by CBSE board for age group:

2–3 YEARS

Pre Nursery/ Play Group

Krayons Preschool & Day Care’s playgroup school curriculum plays an important role in helping children continue their exploration as they begin to explore their environment and are naturally curious about the world around them.

The first few years of a child’s life are crucial and critical when it comes to the acquisition of skills and brain-based learning. In the pre-nursery/playgroup stage, the young children spend a playful learning through fun skills.

The syllabus of Pre-Nursery has been segmented into the following subjects:

  • Figures, Shapes etc.

  • Hand Washing

  • Pasting

  • Packing Bags

  • Table Manners etc.

  • Hopping and Jumping

  • Pick and Run

  • Bending Exercises etc. Big – Small

  • Clean – Dirty

  • Sit – Stand etc.

Nursery

Our Nursery program’s curriculum has an array of activities and in the learning environment specifically designed to help a child in the early years of preschool move towards achieving their learning goals. This level of education sets a firm foundation as equally early childhood education is vital for the overall development of a child socially and emotionally.

The syllabus of Nursery has been segmented into the following subjects:

  • English

  • Mathematics

  • Environmental Studies (Nursery EVS)

  • Rhymes and Stories

  • Arts and Craft

  • General Activity

3–4 YEARS

LOWER K.G. 4–5 YEARS
UPPER K.G. 4–5 YEARS

 

LKG & UKG

At Krayons Preschool & Day Care, the Kindergarten (KG) curriculum ensures a smooth transition to formal schooling. Child development is observed and assessed using a well-designed progressive matrix.

The syllabus of LKG/UKG has been segmented into the following subjects:

  • Mathematics

  • General Awareness

  • English

  • Environmental Science (EVS)

  • Language

Class 1

DAY CARE SERVICES

We understand that the early years in the child’s life are important for the overall development. The primary role of parents in these years is to provide their children with an environment that is loving, caring, fun-filled and safe which promotes happy experiences. As a child spends many hours in school, it fosters the developmental play areas like cognitive development, physical development, socio-emotional development, and so on. Hence, our objective is to create a home away from home for them to feel safe, secure, and happy.
